Zeal - Word of the Week

Zeal is our Word of the Week, which means great energy or enthusiasm in pursuit of a cause of an objective.

As the semester starts, you are now off to reaching a new level of success. Sometimes, we lack motivation when accepting a new challenge because of fear, such as starting the nursing program or taking that math course. This fear causes you to delay important events like graduating from Wallace Community College and continuing your education at a four-year university, or entering into the workforce. Remember, as students of learning, when you experience this fear, you are to replace it with zeal of motivation and enthusiasm.  Exercise your zeal to journey this new frontier in academia.
